Yesterday I posted a picture of St Stephens Lutheran Church. While taking that photograph I noticed two angel statues sitting at the entrance to the churches graveyard. I think they have a sweet innocent look. You can tell they have been there a long time because of all the cracks and grime on them. I have posted the one which seems to be the in the best shape.

She’s lovely. I think the cracks and the grime give her a lot of character.

Did you happen to notice how old the graveyard is?

I think the church was established in 1830 which comes to about 176-177 years old. I would imagine the cemetery is about the same.
