I went to Hollywood this past weekend.  Not the one we all know about but Hollywood, SC. Look what I found ducks and more ducks and plenty of geese.  I was talking with the care taker of our camp grounds and he told me a couple of geese had 27 eggs waiting to hatch.

South Carolina State House Dome

Two beautiful flags fly on top of State House Dome.  The first is the flag of the United States of America  and second is the South Carolina State Flag.  A few years back used to fly another flag, the Confederate battle flag; However this third flag seemed not to unite but divide our beautiful state. On July 1, 2000 the flag was removed from the South Carolina statehouse. We now display the the Confederate battle flag on a separate monument of the grounds of the State House.  I for one am glad this has happened.  When opposing groups are both upset with the decision It seems like a true compromise was made.  But what do I know I am just a dumb southerner (From Southern California that is)

A Friendly Kite man

I was at the park with my family when my girls kind of ran into this kind man who took a few moments of his time to let my girls take  turns at flying his kite. 

Employee Break room Couch

Wow! What a fancy couch for an employee break room but that where I found this charming couch. My wife said it looks kind of ugly. I think it looks pretty impressive. Good thing I did not pull it out and load it up on my car to take home for my beautiful bride.

Flies Flies Everywhere!

I went out to eat the other day with some friends and we constantly swatting flies away from our faces and of coarse our food. I started counting and at time I counted 8 flies at our table. We started looking around at the different table and noted know one else was swatting at flies it seemed like ewe had all the flies to our self. I am not sure what that means. Well I guess its time for me to go take my monthly shower.

My girls thought it was so funny that I took a picture of the flip flops that they put them on the rock and wanted me to take a picture of them up their as well.
